These terms cover your use of bicyclebroker.ca. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Bicycle Broker Inc. ("Bicycle Broker", "we", "us") is an independent insurance brokerage licensed in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia and Ontario.

The content on this site is general information about insurance for cyclists and cycling businesses. It isn't advice about your situation, and it isn't an insurance policy. Coverage descriptions on the site are summaries. Your policy wording decides what's covered. Coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions and exclusions. Sending us a form or asking for a quote doesn't put coverage in place. A quote depends on the information you give us and on the insurer's approval, and it can change if that information changes. Your coverage starts only when we or the insurer confirm it to you in writing.

Please make sure the information you give us is accurate and complete, and tell us if it changes. Insurers rely on it to decide whether to offer coverage and at what price, so missing or incorrect information can affect your quote or your policy.

Some products on our site are sold through partner sites, such as bike insurance from sundays at sundaysinsurance.ca, travel insurance from TuGo, and premium payments through Kix Payments. When you use those sites, their own terms and privacy policies apply too. We're not responsible for the content of sites we don't run, and a link isn't an endorsement of everything on that site.

You can view, download and print pages from this site for your own use. Please don't:

• copy, republish or sell our content, logos or images without our written permission;
• use automated tools to scrape or copy the site;
• send false information or someone else's information through our forms without their permission;
• upload anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious code;
• try to get into parts of the site or our systems that aren't meant for you, or disrupt how the site works.

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Bicycle Broker or the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors, and products, prices and details can change. We may update, change or remove content at any time. We can't promise the site will be available without interruption.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Bicycle Broker isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site or sites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits our duties to you as your licensed broker, or your rights under an insurance policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.
